LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY
OF TARTUPALUK MEETS
2006-10-20: The Legislative Assembly of the Principality of
Tartupaluk met for the first time today. At the opening of the
meeting HSH the Prince appointed Theo van Ulft, the Principality's
longest-serving citizen, as the Assembly's first President,
investing him as a member of the Executive Council. The first
order of business on the Assembly's Agenda is the adoption of
Provisional Rules of Procedure drawn up by the Office of the
President.
