Banking with the Treasury
of the Principality
As the parent branch of Government
responsible for the Bank of Tartupaluk, the Treasury is
charged with the tasks of providing the Tartupalummiut money
market with liquidity; ensuring the adequate supply and
distribution of cash;
facilitating and securing
the operation of cashless payment systems; managing the
currency reserves of the Principality; and contributing to the
stability of the financial system of the Principality.
Qualified prospective participants in the Tartupalummiut money
market can now open XAU- and TUU-denominated deposit accounts
with the Bank of Tartupaluk. Interested individuals are
encouraged to contact the Government of the Principality by
