  Judicature of the Principality

The powers, duties, and functions of the Tartupalungmi judiciary are exercised by the Reigning Prince, who delegates authority as he sees fit to inferior courts and tribunals in accordance with Article 44 of the Constitution.

The Judicature of the Principality currently consists of a single level court with the power to handle any type of case in law or equity arising from the legal instruments of the Principality.
