The Treasury of the Principality is one
of the five principal branches of Government described in the
Tartupalungmi
Constitution. The Treasury
manages Tartupaluk’s
finances and assets, ensuring the protection and good use of
public funds. The Treasury is responsible for all taxation,
Government budgets, and financial policies. It reviews all
Government activities and spending to advise upon means for
reducing waste and inefficiency, so that resources are being
applied in the most effective way to support the aims of the
Government.
The Treasury is also responsible for the governance of the
Bank of Tartupaluk; the allocation and monitoring of public
